Bridgewaters Salon & Spa, located at The Shops on Hickory Fork, White Marsh, will celebrate its 15th year in business with special events Oct. 24-31.

Owner Emily Allmond-Flippin of Allmondsville said that she is planning special promotions such as food during her late-month celebration.

Allmond-Flippin has been in her current space for two years and previously was located elsewhere in the small center. “We have been very busy,” she said, as a growing clientele has led to an expanded staff.

Allmond-Flippin, a stylist, employs six other stylists: Cindy Smith, Jennifer Greene, Danielle Perkins, Valerie Kilpatrick, Brittany West and Debbie Polston. Other members of the staff include Kris Valcourt, a massage therapist; Ella Darleen Callis-Clebowicz, master esthetician and guest services, and Sherri Leigh, guest services and stylist assistant.
