Brian Gross of Hayes received citations in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for two fish caught on the same day. His 51.5-inch cobia, caught and released July 2 in the lower York River, qualified for one citation. He followed up with a 48-inch red drum caught and released at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
