Joshua Frazier has been named branch manager for the Bank of America on Buckley Hall Road, Mathews.

Frazier said his goal is to provide excellent customer service and innovative products and services to meet the financial needs of his customers.

He heads a staff of three full-time employees and one part-time staff member. Frazier has been with Bank of America for almost four years, corporate spokesperson Nicole Nastacie said, and has served in a variety of leadership roles.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Frazier was raised in Colorado. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a concentration in process management consulting from the College of William and Mary and has an associate’s degree in business administration from John Tyler Community College.

Frazier and his wife, Lisa, reside in Williamsburg. A certified scuba diver, Frazier also enjoys martial arts (he’s earned several black belts) and horseback riding....
