The Northern Neck Master Gardeners’ inaugural Bloom & Grow Festival and Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, April 25, from noon to 4 p.m. Ingleside Vineyards, 5877 Leedstown Road, in the Westmoreland County community of Oak Grove. Admission is free. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase hundreds of plants spanning over 75 species, all selected as suitable for local landscapes, a release said. Accessories will be available for purchase in the garden marketplace. Master Gardeners will provide personalized consultations for horticultural advice and have scheduled educational talks on various topics. The event will include children’s activities, live musical performances featuring traditional English Country Dance selections, food from a local food truck vendor and wine available for purchase from Ingleside Vineyards.
