An opening reception will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday for the “Bits & Pieces” exhibit at the Bay School Community Arts Center, 279 Main Street, Mathews. Entries for the show were created from collage, junk art, assemblage and mixed media in a range of mediums that included fiber, photographs, hanging art, paintings, collage and jewelry. Food and drinks will be served and guests will be able to talk with the artists. The show runs through March 23....
