Regine Biggers, who brings more than 20 years of executive-level experience in local government to the job, has been announced as Gloucester County’s new Deputy County Administrator, effective Nov. 17.
Biggers previously served as Assistant Town Administrator for the Town of Bladensburg, Maryland, where she oversaw daily operations, led interdepartmental coordination, managed capital projects, and directed the Town Clerk’s Office, Community Engagement, Public Works Department, and Human Resources. She secured more than $250,000 in grant funding for infrastructure improvements and played a leadership role in advancing the town’s strategic priorities.
Prior to her work in Maryland, Biggers spent nearly two decades with the Town of Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, where she held leadership roles, including Community Services Director.
