BBQ sales at Bena for the Fourth of July weekend

Things are cooking at Buck’s Store Museum in Bena.

The museum, run by the Guinea Heritage Association, will be selling pre-ordered barbecue by the pound and pre-ordered pork butts on Saturday, July 3.

Buck’s Store will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on July 3, offering the pulled barbecue all day and the pork butts, hot and ready for pickup, from 2-4 p.m. During lunch time, 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m., barbecue sandwiches will be available, as they are every week, Snowden said.
