Baystars Marlins win two

The Baystars Marlins girls’ soccer team played two games last Saturday at Woodville Park, winning both matches by scores of 3-0 and 2-1.
The first match was against the Beach FC Explosion. Meredith Salvadori, Elsie Williams and Ava Santellanes knocked in the team’s three goals. Santellanes recorded one assist.
The second match was against TSA City. Salvadori kicked in both of the Marlins’ goals with Santellanes recording her second assist of the day. TSA’s lone score came off a penalty kick.
