Atlantic Union Bank has been recognized with the 2025 Top Workplaces USA award issued by Energage for the third year in a row.
The Top Workplaces program, with an 18-year legacy, has surveyed over 20 million employees across the U.S., honoring outstanding organizations with regional Top Workplaces awards.
“To be named a Top Workplace for the past three years, especially through periods of growth, is an honor we don’t take lightly,” said Clare Miller, Chief Human Resources Officer of Atlantic Union Bank. “The recognition lies with our teammates who take the time to provide their honest feedback. They truly believe in our culture, and we treasure that.”
Top Workplaces USA recognizes organizations with 150 or more employees that have built strong workplace cultures. Winners are selected solely based on employee feedback from an engagement survey conducted by Energage. Results are determined by evaluating responses against 15 research-based Culture Drivers that predict high performance compared to industry benchmarks.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
