Arts & Craft Show to be held at Buck’s Store Museum

Sarah Fary and friends will present a Summer Arts & Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at Buck’s Store Museum in Bena. 

Participants include artist Fary, potter Julia Dorsey, jewelry maker Barbara Priest, baker Susan Barbery, stained-glass artist Terry Ingram and crafter Gloria Longest.

A number of Guinea Heritage Association items will be available for purchase, including Buck’s Store Museum drink glasses, Buck’s Guinea Sunrise Blend Coffee, and Buck’s Store traditional old cheese wedges.

Boston butt sale

In other GHA news, plans are underway for a July barbecue Boston butt sale at Buck’s Store. The approximate weight of the charcoal-cooked butt is 6 lbs.; the meat is ready to serve (chop, pull or slice) and special recipe BBQ sauce is included.
