Grammy-nominated a cappella group Kings Return will play a mix of classical, pop, gospel, jazz and R&B/soul in a holiday performance at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Lancaster Elementary School Theater, 191 School Creek, Kilmarnock. Doors open at 7 o’clock. The quartet takes pride in crafting a diverse yet cohesive a cappella sound, said a press release. “Their brand of R&B is entwined with free moments of jazz, soulful bursts of gospel, and bright touches of pop, all built on a solid, classical foundation,” said the release. In 2016, Gabe Kunda asked three friends, Vaughn Faison, Jamall Williams and J.E. McKissic, to sing with him for his senior recital at Dallas Baptist University.
