William Christopher “Bill” Quail, age 69, a native of Gloucester County and a longtime associate of Specialty Builders, died at his home in Barhamsville, Va., on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. Bill was a kind and generous man with a wonderful sense of humor and a true animal lover. He is survived by his wife, Lori Stroop Quail; son, Tyler Quail (Kiara); brother, Tim Quail; brother-in-law, Kevin Stroop (Patricia), and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 6, 2026, from 1-1:45 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, with a chapel service at 2 p.m. conducted by the Rev. David Thomas. Inurnment will be private.

Services will be under the direction of Hogg Funeral Home.
