The Deltaville Deltas took care of business on the road last week, but a late-inning comeback attempt at home fell short on Saturday night. The Deltas pummeled the Richmond Yankees, 15-1, but fell to the Tappahannock Tides, 11-5. The Deltas move to 6-2 on the season, and 5-2 in league play, and sit a game and a half back of league-leading Caribe Baseball. This week, the Deltas travelled to Richmond for a Wednesday night road game against the Richmond Misfits.
