Heartfelt Community receives $5,000 grant to support veterans with dementia

Heartfelt Community has received a $5,000 Community Service Grant from the Massage Therapy Foundation to fund its Compassionate Touch for Veterans with Dementia project. The grant will provide Compassionate Touch and education to veterans with dementia, helping to reduce distress and increase feelings of safety. Heartfelt Community was founded in 2021 by Ginger Spencer, owner of Heart Felt Touch Massage Therapy in Gloucester, whose passion is serving those in the later stages of life.
