Zoom talk Monday on Christmas Bird Count

The Northern Neck chapter of the National Audubon Society will hold a virtual presentation at 7 p.m. Monday via the Zoom platform.

Kevin Howe, president of the Northern Neck chapter and a birder and biologist for more than 50 years, will discuss the “Audubon Society Christmas Bird Count—History and Your Participation.”

The count, now in its 121st year, is the longest continually running citizen-science project in North America.
