Churches throughout Gloucester County have been looking to find ways to encourage the middle and high school youth of the community to become more involved in their churches and to socialize with one another, a release said. An interdenominational group, including Abingdon Episcopal, Bellamy United Methodist, Church of Abraham, Grace on Main, Newington Baptist, Church of St. Therese, Church of Visitation, and Ware Episcopal churches invite their youth to a gathering for a night of games, the release said. The Church of St. Therese, 6262 Main Street, will be open from 6-8:30 p.m. Friday to youth from all churches. They are invited to come with a church designee and enjoy a night of faith, food, fun and friendship, the release said. There will be outdoor and indoor games for everyone.
