Young anglers ages 5-15 are invited to take part Sunday, April 12, in a spring fishing tournament at Beaverdam Park, Gloucester. Hours are 8 am.-1 p.m. Shore and boat divisions will be available, and each participant must catch three fish of different species. Prizes will be awarded by age and division. The rules include that adults must accompany their young anglers. Lunch of hot dogs and chips will be provided, and equipment rentals are available for those who do not have their own.
