Two Gloucester youth—Josephine and Paul Williams—have been flexing their entrepreneurial muscles during the pandemic, launching a pair of businesses serving their Lewis Avenue neighborhood. Josephine’s Bake Shop specializes in scratch-made baked goods like zucchini bread, cookies and cupcakes. Paul is not letting the grass grow under his feet, literally, with the launch of Paul’s Quality Lawn Care, offering lawn mowing, pressure washing and leaf blowing.
