York County Vintage Market to be held Saturday

If you enjoy restoring old furniture, shopping for vintage clothing and jewelry or filling your home with one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces, you won’t want to miss Saturday’s York County Vintage Market.

Held at the McReynolds Athletic Complex from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the market will include a lineup of 30 local vendors and artists who will be selling everything from antiques to repurposed favorites. Members of the Classic Cruisers Car Club will have some vintage vehicles on display. Adding to the festive ambiance will be live entertainment provided by Phil Poteat beginning at 11 a.m. Concession stands will be open to serve lunch and snacks, in addition to Kathi’s Clam Chowder (lobster rolls and clam chowder), Coastal Thirst (tacos, quesadillas, breakfast sandwiches and beverages), and Pop’s Kettle Corn (kettle corn and hot chocolate).

Admission is free and so is the parking. For added convenience, the Yorktown Trolley will be in service from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to shuttle custom...
