Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism will hold an official dedication of Woodville Park at 10 a.m. Saturday. The approximately 100-acre park is located off Bray’s Point Road in Ordinary.

The park opened to the public on June 30, but the original grand opening ceremony was cancelled because of inclement weather. Since its opening, Woodville Park has been enjoyed by soccer teams, families and gardeners.

On Saturday, those attending the ceremony are encouraged to visit the brick memorial walkway, the boardwalk, the Master Gardeners’ garden and the overlook, or cheer on one of the many PR&T soccer games taking place.
