‘Woods’ and ‘Fires’ eat free on Friday at Applebee’s

On Friday, grills of all shapes and sizes will blaze up across the country to celebrate the official start of National Grilling Month.

To mark the occasion, and to celebrate the launch its new American-made, Wood Fired Grill menu, Applebee’s Grill & Bar locations owned and operated by Potomac Family Dining Group, including the Gloucester location, are joining in the sizzling summer fun by offering a free hand-cut steak to anyone with a variation of “Wood” or “Fire” in their name.

To take it even further, Applebee’s will also give away free steak for one year to anyone named “Woodfire.”

Just for sharing a name with Applebee’s new kitchen centerpiece, all “Woods” and “Fires” will receive a free 6 oz. USDA Choice Top Sirloin from its new Wood Fired Grill menu. The steak comes with a choice of two sides.
