Rep. Rob Wittman (R-Montross) and his Democratic challenger Qasim Rashid will take part in a virtual debate at 7 p.m. Monday. The hour-long, online question-and-answer session will be hosted and organized by the University of Mary Washington. Because of concerns about COVID-19, the candidates and debate panelists will participate remotely.
