Winning stamp design

The 2015-2016 Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Conservation Stamp is now available for purchase. The winning artwork for this stamp, painted by Guy Crittenden, depicts a pair of tundra swans flying over the James River. Crittenden, who grew up in Gloucester, now resides in Richmond. He is a five-time winner of the Virginia Duck Stamp. Proceeds from the sale of the stamp are used to protect, restore and develop waterfowl habitat in Virginia. The annual Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Conservation Stamp can be purchased for a fee of $10 (resident or nonresident) at license agents or clerks who sell Virginia hunting licenses or from the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries website. ...
