The 2015-2016 Virginia Migratory Waterfowl Conservation Stamp is now available for purchase. The winning artwork for this stamp, painted by Guy Crittenden, depicts a pair of tundra swans flying over the James River. Crittenden, who grew up in Gloucester, now resides in Richmond. He is a five-time winner of the Virginia Duck Stamp. Proceeds from the sale of the stamp are used to protect, restore and develop waterfowl habitat in Virginia.
