Wings and petals and more

Nature is still showing its flora and fauna in full color but gardeners know that frost is coming and are making a record now, in photos and in paint, of the current scene. Please send your photos to editor@gazettejournal.net.

Not all the pictures we get of nature are taken with a camera. This watercolor, “Fall Is in the Air,” was submitted by artist Page Strickland, who lives in the Powhatan Chimney subdivision.
