Willie Williams Band returns to Flat Iron

The Willie Williams Band will return to Flat Iron Crossroads with its Americana, country, and hippie jam rock sound at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 23, at 7709 Flat Iron Road, Gloucester. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with the Island Time food truck, along with beer, wine and soft drinks at the FIX Bar. Tickets are $20 in advance, available online at flatironcrossroads.com. Tickets at the door are $25. Children 12 and under free of charge. Willie Williams delivers a sound that feels both rooted and fresh, said a press release. His vocals are steeped in Carolina twang, while echoes of Memphis soul, J.J. Cale, and the Allman Brothers weave through his arrangements. Williams has performed at the venue several times, most recently last July. Physical tickets are not distributed. Attendees’ names will be on the guest list at check-in.
