A funeral for William T. Hudgins Sr. of Mathews, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, in Zion Baptist Church, Cardinal. He died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Lee Hudgins; three daughters, Linda Gadson, Jannie Hudgins and Gloria Dixon; one son, William T. Hudgins Jr.; six grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held from 3-6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, and the family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will follow the service in Poplar Woods Cemetery, Cardinal.
