William Herman Horsley Jr., 63, a lifelong resident of Gloucester County, passed away on December 8, 2025. He was a loving son, father, Poppy, brother, uncle, friend, and companion.

Herman was preceded in death by his father, William Herman Horsley Sr., and brother, Joey Horsley. He is survived by his daughter, Melanie Dravenstott (Jesse); granddaughter, Ashlynn Dravenstott (Jordan); grandson, Dylan Dravenstott (Shelby); mother, Daisy Horsley; brother, Jerry Horsley (Margaret); sisters, Joyce Crawford (Greg) and Anita Ottarson (Mark) and friend/companion, Karen Haley Hudgins; their fur baby, Bubba; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 6-7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Bellamy Memorial Cemetery.
