William Frederick Jenkins of Hayes, passed away gently on Thursday, April 30, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer.

 He is survived by his children, Gina McGann, Eric Jenkins, Courtney Jenkins, and Loren Dragon; many loving brothers, sisters, and other family members.

He served our country proudly in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a gentle yet stern man with a quippy sense of humor like no other. He truly was a well-rounded, one-of-a-kind man.

There was a celebration of life service on Monday, May 4, at 5 p.m. at Andrews Funeral Home and Crematory, 7192 Main Street, Gloucester, Va., with inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery with military honors at a later date.
