William Francis Bulger, 55, of Hayes, passed away Jan. 14, 2017 at Riverside Regional Medical Center. 

Bill had been a truck driver for many years for Gypsum Express. He enjoyed dirt bike racing and golfing. Bill was blessed with a large family and he enjoyed being with family, especially his children. 

He was preceded in death by parents, James P. Bulger Sr. and Evelyn E. Bulger; sisters, Monica J. Bulger and Catherine A. Stake; brother, Robert E. Bulger, and nephew, James Robert Sheak.

He is survived and deeply missed by his wife, Elizabeth Bulger; children, Cassandra Mason, Katrina Puhlman (Josh),  Jessica Bulger and Nikki Daniel; siblings, Patricia and Tom Grant, James and Colleen Bulger, Margaret and Jon Howard, John J. Bulger, Timothy and Deirdre Bulger, and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Friday, Jan. 20, 2017 from 3-4 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.
