William Eric Price, 53, of Hayes, died Aug. 7, 2015, at Riverside Regional Medical Center.

Eric was employed with Cruz Associates at Ft. Eustis, and was a member of Singleton UMC. He enjoyed gardening, history, singing in his church choir, and was an active Scout leader with Troop 133.  

He is survived by his wife, Kimberly Sue Price; daughter, Erica Price; son, Tyler Price; mother, Ola Horne; father-in-law, Jerry Reese; brother, Guy Price and wife Melissa; sister-in-law, Margie Sestito and husband Mark; brother-in-law, Jerry Reese and wife Sue; nieces and nephews, Taylor, Michelle, Brian, Heather and Jeremy.

His father, William F. Price; stepfather, Lee Horne, and mother-in-law, Ann Reese, preceded him in death.

A celebration of life service conducted by the Rev. Calvin Griffin was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2015, at Singleton United Methodist Church, Ware Neck. Inurnment was private.
