William “Billy” Floyd Horsley, 60, of Gloucester passed away on March 6, 2026.

He was a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Burgess Horsley and Lottie Mae Horsley-Chapman, and his sister, Claudia Jean Horsley.

Survivors include his children, Samantha Eller, Sara, Brandon and Tyler; brothers, Mark Horsley and Brian Horsley, and two grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held on his birthday, Saturday, March 14, from noon-4 p.m. at the back entrance of Beaverdam Park, Gloucester. Family and friends are invited to come share stories.
