We asked our Facebook followers this week how many are planning to attend the inaugural Gloucester Summer Kick-Off Carnival, which begins Friday. A total of 39.1 percent of respondents said that they were going, followed by 34.8 percent who indicated that they were not going to attend and 26.1 percent who are still undecided.
