The Mathews County Wetlands Board meeting, originally scheduled for Tuesday, will be postponed until an as-yet specified date, according to planner Chris Ingram. The reason for the change in the meeting is due to an advertising omission on the part of the Gazette-Journal.

Eight applications for construction that will impact wetlands were on the agenda, including a second public hearing on an application for extensive construction at Williams Wharf Landing. Those hearings will be held as soon as a new date has been set.
