The West Point Chamber of Commerce invites the public to take part in Christmas on the Town, its annual holiday kickoff event on Sunday, Dec. 3 starting at 12:30 p.m. in the downtown waterfront district of West Point.

While not as big as the Crab Carnival, Christmas on the Town welcomes guests from around the region to enjoy the festive atmosphere with live music, beverages, shopping, a parade, caroling, a Tree of Life Celebration and, of course, Santa Claus and his helpers.

“We will be celebrating our community all month long with unique shopping experiences, festive dining and a holiday light comptetion with residents and businesses,” according to the Chamber of Commerce.
