The West Point Chamber of Commerce and the Town of West Point will hold a Benefit Gala from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at the Historic Chelsea Plantation. The event is a celebration to help recognize local businesses, chamber members and raise financial support for a new young entrepreneur and trade scholarship program.
This inaugural event will acknowledge some of the best and brightest in the local community and allow them to be recognized for their efforts in and outside of the office with the introduction of the Chamber & Community Choice Awards. The event will feature a silent auction and cash dry ice bar.
Attendees will also have the option to take a tour of the venue and learn some of the history behind the second oldest plantation in Virginia. More details about the event can be found online at www.westpointvachamber.com or on social media via the official West Point Chamber of Commerce Facebook page.
