The Ware Academy softball team ended its season with a win against Aylett County Day School, securing the 2025 ISAC Championship trophy. The Waves ended their season with a record of 8-2. Gladys Sinko-Hickman led Ware offensively with a .433 batting average, 14 RBIs and one home run. Hailey Love dominated from the pitcher’s mound with 101 strikeouts. Marlowe Merritt led the team with 10 RBIs and a home run. Ella Faulkner brought in 11 runs and also hit a home run this season.
