Water Authority groundbreaking

The Middlesex Water Authority held its groundbreaking ceremony on Oct. 21 at Rosegill Farm in Saluda to celebrate the Eastern Middlesex Water System. Installation is scheduled to begin next month, bringing good, clean drinking water to Middlesex County.
