Ware Episcopal Church will hold its ArtWalk on Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on the church grounds. The ArtWalk will showcase young artists from Gloucester’s various elementary schools.

There will be lots of creative activities for child attendees with artists helping them make several art projects. Ware Church is on John Clayton Memorial Highway.

Many community organizations will be in attendance to promote creativity and the love of nature, including the Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society with adoptable pets, pet portrait painter Sue McConville, Virginia Native Plant Society, Colonial Beekeepers of Yorktown, and others. For food choices, there will be This and That food vendor, a popcorn booth and a baked goods stand.

Have your photo taken in a field of daffodils and plan on enjoying time outdoors with friends and family. This family event is free and open to the public.
