The Vestry of Ware Episcopal Church has voted to cancel the 2020-2021 season of the “Ware is the Music” concert series due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Accompanying the Vestry’s decision was a commitment to continue the concert series in the future, possibly beginning in the 2021-2022 season.

“It was a heartbreaking decision, but the right decision,” said Bruce Forsberg, Senior Warden of the Vestry. “We have a commitment to the health and safety of our community and suspending this year’s concert series is only right.”

“The series will return,” said the Rev. Scott Parnell, Rector of Ware Church. “Like much in this unusual season of life, we are able to reflect and renew our vision and ministry—the same will be true for Ware is the Music.”
