Ware ArtWalk about ‘Our Natural World’; 400 attend

Ware Episcopal Church held its first ArtWalk of the year on Saturday, welcoming approximately 400 people to the church grounds for the event. The theme of this ArtWalk was “Our Natural World.” The event featured art from local students, which were displayed on a walking path at the church.

Also at the event, families heard a live music performance by the Ware Church Choral School; play games and learn more about scouting in Gloucester; paint a picture for a local nursing home or assisted living resident; plant a vegetable in the Ware garden that will be grown and given to Bread for Life; have a family picture taken in the daffodil fields; and talk to representatives from the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, the Virginia Master Naturalists, and the Fairfield Foundation to learn more about the natural world.
