Ware Academy adding classrooms this summer

The Ware Academy Board of Trustees approved the building  of two new classrooms this summer in addition to the relocation of classrooms and administrative offices, according to interim head of school Dawn Fleet. 

The design for the addition was provided by architect Frances Hudgins and construction is being performed by Morse Enterprises. Virginia Commonwealth Bank has provided short-term funding for the project. 

The project also offers ample space for a large technology lab that will house a makerspace collaborative work space and an audio and video lab.
