A funeral service for Wallace Howard of Gloucester was held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30 in Bethel Baptist Church, Gloucester. He died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014.

He was a native of Gloucester County, member of Bethel Baptist Church, U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War and a retiree of the U.S. Postal Service.

Survivors include a brother, Elijah Howard.

Burial was in the church cemetery.

Howard Funeral Home, Ark, was in charge.
