The court circle wall in Gloucester was damaged at about 8:45 p.m. Monday when it was struck by a 2007 Chevy Colorado pickup truck. The driver, 28-year-old Kendle Firth of Saluda, was not injured and was charged with texting while driving, according to 1st Sgt. Greg Mathias of the Virginia State Police.
