A “Vote No” meeting in opposition to the Nov. 7 ballot initiative calling for the issuance of $39.58 million in bonds for a number of county capital projects has been scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday in the Community Room of Gloucester Public Library, Main Street Center.
The second of two county-sponsored Town Hall meetings on the proposal was held on Wednesday night at Page Middle School.
