The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors is seeking residents interested in serving on several board-appointed groups in Gloucester.

Currently, members are needed for the following boards/councils/commissions: Public Utilities Advisory Committee (Petsworth magisterial district); Planning Commission (Petsworth); Clean Community Committee (two representatives); Tourism Advisory Committee (food industry/large retail); Advisory Board on Housing (York and Gloucester Point); Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee (York and Ware) and the Go Green Gloucester Advisory Committee (two representatives).

Citizens interested in serving on any of the above groups, or any of the 30 or so board-appointed groups in Gloucester, can find specific information about the groups and meeting times and may submit a Volunteer Board Bank interest form via the Gloucester County website at www.gloucesterva.info.
