The Prevention, Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board holds a virtual Nurturing Parent Program from 6-8 p.m. Tuesdays.

The cost is $25 for the handbook and $25 per person for the 15-week ongoing program, which takes place year round. Pre-registration by phone is required. Parents can enroll at any time.

There are two sessions of a Children First co-parenting class offered from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 22 and Thursday, Oct. 20. To register, call 804-642-5402 or email prevent@mpnn.state.va.us.

ACE (Adverse Childhood Experiences) virtual training will be held from 10-11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 11. REVIVE Opioid Overdose and Naloxone Education virtual training will be held from noon-1 p.m. today. Question, Persuade & Refer (QPR), A Suicide Prevention Virtual Training, will be held from noon-1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18.
