A virtual i-Congress for Virginia youth ages 11-13 will be held by Virginia 4-H from July 13-30.Hosted by Virginia State University in Petersburg, the online conference is a summer program for middle school children interested in becoming 4-H leaders, a release said. It is designed to develop leadership skills.Activities, public speaking contests and workshops are planned.
