Virtual Children First classes being offered

Virtual Children First co-parenting classes are offered beginning this month and continuing through January 2021, according to the Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board.

Children First is a four-hour education program designed to promote positive and healthy communication for families going through separation and/or divorce.

Classes will be held from 4-8 p.m. on the following Thursdays—July 30, Sept. 24, Oct. 29, Nov. 19, Dec. 17 and Jan. 21, 2021. The cost is $50 and payment must be received seven days prior to the scheduled class. Pre-registration by phone is required. To register, call 804-642-5402.

In addition, virtual Nurturing Parenting Classes are held on Mondays from 6-8 p.m. on an ongoing basis.
