Virginia Country Real Estate has been rebranded to NextHome Coast to Country Real Estate. The ownership and team haven’t changed, only the look of the business and its sign.

Managing Broker and Realtor Rodney Hockaday said the business had been interested in franchising for some time but they had trouble finding a franchise that fit their culture, until they found NextHome.

Hockaday said what attracted them to NextHome was that it is a human-over-homes business. He said his business and NextHome had communicated for about a year before franchising. In that time, he said he’s found nothing negative about the brand from any other NextHome franchisees.

A benefit to franchising with NextHome is that they provide all the tools needed to stay up to date to provide the best service to its clients, said Hockaday. The updated technology and network of resources are matched by an updated interior of the business.
