Virginia Belle Brown Loftis of Richmond, passed away April 25, 2015.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Loftis.

She is survived by two daughters, Anita L. Dickens (Chris), and Gail L. Evans; a sister, Charlotte DeJarnette, and seven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Bliley’s-Central, 3801 Augusta Ave., Richmond.

Burial at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, Richmond, will be private.
